Notes made on operation:

1. Drain hose from Vacuum must be drain into water OR piped externally to effect optimum vacuum;

2. Filter should be cleaned after every 5 uses to ensure clean vacuum and release;

3. Unit should be 8-12 inches away from wall on condensing side to allow for adequate air flow to condenser;

4. open side of unit )vacuum side should always be unblocked to ensure adequate air to vacuum unit;

5. Apply vacuum grease to rubber seal every 2 uses to affect a thorough seal during vacuum process;

6. NEVER open the lower cooling chamber in use and always use insulated gloves unloading unit;

Temp notes on use 0 lower chamber – 30 Degrees – 8.5 minutes upper chamber -22 degrees -36 minutes

NOTE: Unit designed to work under full load – not effective for small batch drying.
