VRE’s stainless steel DRYMAX 30 has been engineered and manufactured to meet National Sanitation Foundation standards. It is suitable for use in GMP and EU-GMP facilities. It can come apart easily for cleaning and sanitizing. The drying system holds 30 drying trays (VRE’s food grade drying trays are recommended and are sold separately). It is suggested each tray hold 1.5 pounds of wet product. Base tray made of molded plastic to capture fallen product, and can also be removed for easy cleaning.
