Wachsen drying pans are made for use with the Wachsen DC-30 Drying cart. Made of food grade polypropylene plastic. Each tray can hold up to 3 pounds of wet product meaning that up to 90 pounds of wet trim can be dried at once on the Wachsen Drying Cart-30. The cart, trays and stainless-steel base pans clean up easily to help keep your facility’s sanitation levels to the highest standards.
